Study on the Selection of Pharmaceutical E-Commerce Platform Considering Bounded Rationality under Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Environment

The selection of a pharmaceutical e-commerce platform is typical multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. MAGDM common problem in the field decision-making, which full uncertainty and fuzziness. A probabilistic hesitant fuzzy method based on generalized TODIM proposed for under an uncertain environment. Firstly, credibility element defined, credibility-based adjusting weights decision-makers determining attribute proposed, fully considers reliability information provided by decision-makers. Secondly, power average (PA) operator extended to (PHFPA) weighted (PHFPWA) are their properties discussed. Thirdly, considering usual expression real life different risk attitudes towards gain loss, environment construct prospect theory-based Finally, feasibility this paper proved through case selection, stability verified sensitivity analysis.
